The year is 3060. War is dominated by gigantic warmachines called BattleMechs. Ten to twelve meters tall and massing ten to one hundredmetric tons, these robotic titans are armed with a scalding array of lasers, particlecannons, autocannons, and missiles. They have enough firepower to flatten anything...exept possibly another 'Mech. BattleMechs are nothing, however, without their pilots.These Mechwarriors have captured the public imagination and have become the mountedknights of the 31st century. In the current day and age, political cunning andtactical genius are required to survive. Life is cheap, but BattleMechs aren't.

BattleTech is, arguably, my favorite wargame. Not onlydoes it have a fast and easy tactical rule system, it also has an intricate backplot andan evolving storyline. This game has gone a long way from the 3025 battles I played when Iwas eight.

There was an old program long ago that let you build mechs and then print out their record sheets that I have been looking for. I've seen programs like this, but not the same as the one I used to use.
Most importantly it had the stats of the mechs in the classic book used in the game in its memory and you could print out record sheets of these mechs. Seems like it would be easier then copying the stats into a program.
Anybody have any ideas?
If this program no longer exists or if I dreamed it all, are there any sites that have record sheets of the old mechs. Maybe from the 4th edition?
This may fall under illegal warez, if so I am sorry for asking it. I'm not very clear of whether they still sell batches of record sheets anymore. I just figure they do the same thing most rpg companies do and put em up as downloads.
